Paul has laid the lower ground floor tiles and the kitchen and is now busy in the utility.
Nigel with help from Tony and Ben has put several coats of paint on ceilings and walls.
Richard and Sean have plastered the utility and workshop areas. We are now almost finished with the wet trades.
Dave and Ben have laid the storm drainage and re-laid most of the terrace.
The team who installed the windows have been back to correct the leaks – let’s hope it works…..
The front and side doors have been made back to front – the new ones will be coming in four weeks…….
Zach and Ant have installed the spine of the staircase for the lower ground floor and it looks good!
Pete and Chance have installed the brises soleils and the balconies
Gino and Stuart have installed the internal U channels for the gallery and trimmed two steels to accommodate the stairs – lots of sparks
